Application:
Please submit an application for us to review. We build
a waitlist for every planned litter we have. Generally, we will follow up within 2-3 business days. Note: we are typically away/off on the weekend due to activities for our kids and dog events. We will follow up shortly after that.

Who we are as a breeder:
We are a holistic natural rearer of part European and full European Boxers in order to suit different preferences and needs. In all cases, we are breeding for health, temperament, and conformation.
Our Boxers are raised in our home in Alpine, NY and not in a kennel. We live in the country on our hobby farm of 80 acres, so they spend a lot of time wading in ponds, running trails with us, etc.
We are active in lure coursing events, obedience, trick dog, barn hunt, and Happy Ratters events and are just getting back to showing in conformation events. Our breeding adult Boxers are health tested through OFA, Penn Hip, and/or FCI for Hips, Heart (Echocardiogram and 24-hr Holter), Thyroid, ARVC1, and DM. Their spines are also screened for Spondylosis.
Our puppies are $3,000. All of our puppies come with AKC pet paperwork, training info, puppy care pack, cleared by our vet, and tails docked/dew claws removed, private Facebook group for littermates to keep in touch, + lifetime breeder support. Parents are fully health tested, titled and/or working on performance titles, and have wonderful temperaments. Our adults are always paired together mindfully to offset each other, with a goal to improve offspring.
We use natural parasite control, homeopathic nosodes in place of vaccinations + additional nosodes sent home with the puppy (I am a natural rearer and choose nontoxic home and cleaning products, homeopathic remedies and supports to raise healthy dogs and puppies, etc), started on potty training inside at 3 weeks using a litter method and in nicer months outside around 5-6 weeks (once they can start following our adults out the door well), crate training, well socialized with our 3 kids/other animals, raised with puppy culture enrichment methods and challenges, full contract/receipt which includes a return to breeder clause (this is to ensure our boxers do not end up in shelters if for any reason during its life, their new owner becomes unable to care for them), private Facebook group for littermates to keep in contact, and lifetime breeder support (nearly 40 years of experience with this breed).
We place our puppies based on personality and temperament fit with families, and make our placement decisions later around the 7 - 7-&-1/2-week mark after temperament testing and breeder evaluation. At the 6-week mark after a litter is born, we will email a compatibility questionnaire to all families on our waitlist for that litter (in this case 2 litters), and ask for that back within a week so we can review them as we make placement decisions with families.
You will be able to highlight personality traits, gender, etc. that are most important to you in a puppy on the questionnaire. The questionnaire will also include a ranking scale at the end for all specific puppies in our litters. You can rank any puppies you are interested in or leave blank any puppies you are not interested in. We then can look at how you ranked certain puppies and how those puppies may match up with the personality and temperament traits you are looking for. In some cases, there may be a puppy that sticks out in our minds immediately as a clear fit and in other cases, there may be multiple puppies that present as an ideal fit. We will follow up with you to discuss where certain puppies fall with what you are looking for and work with you as we make placement decisions for both litters.
When we breed, we look to offset faults and pay close attention to health, temperament, conformation, etc. in order to best pair adults with the information available. If we add someone to our waitlist, we reasonably plan/expect to place a puppy with them from a litter as long as a puppy is available that meets their needs in gender, temperament, etc. The next step would be to apply. We will follow up shortly after receiving an application.
We only add 6 people to our waitlist for each litter (and open up our waitlist to additional families as needed after puppies are born). We do a $250 waitlist fee to add someone to our list, which goes toward the total purchase price of their puppy… so this amount will come off the total price due when you pick up your puppy on pickup day. After approving an application, we will follow up via email with our waitlist form/waitlist fee information.
